Each franchisee is responsible for securing own location. All potential site must be submitted to the Franchisor for approval. Construction or renovation is entirely at the expense of the Franchisee.
Find a place with good location strategy. The ideal location is on highly commercial areas with convenient parking and public visibility.
It depends upon the financial viability on various factors such as sales, investment and the ability of the franchisee to effectively manage expenses.
We will furnish you a floor plan, sketch and basic specification for your outlet layout. Franchisor is responsible for customizing the basic plan to the dimension of proposed location.
Prior to  and upon opening, SOUTHERN GRIND BISTRO representative will assist you with Training of Personnel and arranging the outlet opening.
SOUTHERN GRIND BISTRO spent a great deal of time and effort developing its service  and system and accepts no compromise in quality or control. In this regards, Franchisee and staffs to complete our Training Program and demonstrate mastery of certain basic skills.
